3. Prices on This Site
Prices shown on this site are typical ranges from Abilene-area jobs. They help you plan. They are not a quote.
Your final price depends on the model, the failed part and what the technician finds. Part costs can change without notice. See our full price guide for details.
4. Booking a Repair
- Book by calling (325) 331-4829, Monday–Saturday, 7am–7pm.
- Same-day visits are offered when the schedule allows. They are not guaranteed.
- We call about 30 minutes before the technician arrives.
- If your address has a travel charge, we tell you on the phone before we book.
- An adult 18 or older must be home during the visit.
Curious how a visit works, step by step? Read what happens during a repair visit.
5. Diagnosis and Your Written Price
- The technician checks the appliance and finds the cause.
- You get a written price before any repair work starts.
- You choose: approve the repair or decline it.
- If you decline, you pay only the diagnostic fee, plus any travel charge quoted when you booked.
- If you approve, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair.
- If we find another problem during the repair, we stop and ask you first. No surprise charges.
6. Parts
We use OEM (original manufacturer) parts whenever possible. If an OEM part is not available or will take too long, we explain your options before ordering anything.
Some parts must be special-ordered. That may mean a second visit. We tell you the expected timing up front.
7. Payment
Payment is due when the repair is complete, unless your written price says otherwise. We confirm accepted payment methods when you book.
8. Our 90-Day Warranty
Every repair we complete is covered for 90 days from the repair date. This covers the parts we installed and the labor for that repair. If the same repair fails, we come back and fix it at no charge for parts or labor.
The warranty does not cover:
- Other parts that fail later.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, moving the appliance or pests.
- Damage from power surges, lightning, flooding or fire.
- Work done by anyone else on the appliance after our visit.
- Parts supplied by the customer.
- Cosmetic damage.
To use your warranty: call (325) 331-4829. Keep your invoice handy.
This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under Texas law.
Is your appliance still under the manufacturer’s warranty? Check with the manufacturer before you book. Some makers only pay for work done by their own authorized techs.
9. Your Part
- Give the technician safe, clear access to the appliance.
- Tell us about any hazards: a gas smell, sparks, burning smells or water leaks.
- Please keep pets secured during the visit.
Smell gas? Leave the home first. From a safe distance, call 911 and Atmos Energy at 866-322-8667. Call us after the gas company says it is safe.
10. When We May Decline or Stop Work
We may decline or stop a job if conditions are unsafe, if the needed part is no longer made, or if the repair would cost more than it makes sense to spend. We will always explain why. You only pay for what you agreed to in writing.
11. Cancelling or Rescheduling
Plans change. If you need to cancel or move your visit, please call us as early as you can. It helps us serve the next family.
12. Brand Names
